In the event of a chargeback, ITSDEF reserves the right to review and address each case individually. Chargebacks may be subject to additional fees to cover administrative costs. Donors are encouraged to resolve any concerns directly with our support team before initiating a chargeback to ensure a fair and transparent resolution process. Our goal is to maintain a positive and cooperative relationship with our donors, and we appreciate open communication to address any issues that may arise. 

To prevent fraudulent activities, ITSDEF has a strict policy against the use of stolen credit cards for donations. Any donations found to be made with stolen credit cards will be immediately refunded, and the matter will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Donors are reminded to use only authorized and valid payment methods when making their contributions. Our commitment to ethical practices ensures that all donations are legitimate and support our mission to promote diversity and empowerment within our community.
